What is the brite tank?After mature beer fermentation, it is necessary to remove the turbid substances such as yeast in the fermentation broth, so that the wine is clear and translucent. After the fermentation broth is filtered, it is called “brite”, and the packaging department fills the bottle to become the finished product. The brite tank is used to hold the wine.There are many kinds of brite tank, 10 gallon brite tank,20 gallon brite tank,30 gallon brite tank and so on.
 
For example,about the 30 gallon brite tank,the structure is a cylindrical body with a conical bottom, the material is usually stainless steel, with polyurethane insulation material, temperature control is achieved by the refrigerant (usually alcohol - water) in the jacket around the tank, generally divided into 2 or 3 sections cooling depending on the tank size.
